(“we” or “us”) and govern your use of the Buy Now Pay Later Integrator website located at https://www.ansurlah.my/ (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. To use the Website, you must be a business or merchant that provides goods or services to customers (“Merchant”). By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that you have all necessary authority to enter these Terms.

3. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Ansurlah!, an Ansurlah! employee, another Merchant, or any other person or entity.
4. To use the Website for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Accounts

To use the Website, you must create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Buy Now Pay Later Program

The Buy Now Pay Later program allows your customers to purchase goods or services from you and pay for them in instalments over time, rather than in a lump sum payment. As a Merchant, you must agree to participate in the Buy Now Pay Later program and to offer the program to your customers. You are responsible for fulfilling all orders placed through the program and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Fees and Payments

You will be charged a fee for each transaction processed through the Buy Now Pay Later program. The fees will be set forth in the Buy Now Pay Later program agreement between you and Ansurlah! You agree to pay all fees when they are due.

Product Descriptions

As a Merchant, you are responsible for accurately describing the goods or services you offer for sale on the Website. You must ensure that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Returns and Refunds

As a Merchant, you are responsible for honouring any return or refund requests from your customers in accordance with your own return and refund policies.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ansurlah! or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the content on the Website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

THE WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED ON THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL Ansurlah! BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE OR YOUR USE THEREOF OR INABILITY TO USE BY ANY PARTY, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, EVEN IF Ansurlah!, OR REPRESENTATIVES THEREOF, ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES.

We stand behind our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your application is rejected by the ALL BNPL Providers, we will refund you RM499 (if you have paid the full amount of RM 799 )for the product.

We will ask for your feedback to help us improve our product, but we will not ask any questions or make it difficult for you to receive your refund.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for any products that have been damaged or used improperly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ansurlah! and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Termination

We may terminate these Terms and your use of the Website at any time, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the Website.

General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ansurlah! regarding the use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements between the parties. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of Ansurlah! to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Malaysia, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
